Introduction

Welcome to EventsCitta ("EventsCitta", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). EventsCitta is an online event management and ticketing platform owned and operated by an Italian company based in Italy.

The Platform allows worldwide Event Organizers to publish events, manage event information, and sell tickets through the EventsCitta system.

EventsCitta provides technology services only and does not act as the organizer, promoter, producer, or operator of events listed by third parties.

By using EventsCitta, Event Organizers and users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

02

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, publishing an event, purchasing tickets, or using any EventsCitta service, users agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Protecting account credentials
  • Ensuring authorized use of their account
  • Providing legally correct event information

EventsCitta may review organizer accounts before allowing access to platform services.

04

EventsCitta does not guarantee the success, attendance, quality, or legality of any event created by an Event Organizer.

12

Reserved Seating & Tables

Where an Event Organizer offers reserved seating or table bookings through the EventsCitta Platform, any seat or table purchased online shall be marked as Reserved by the Event Organizer and must not be sold, reassigned, or allocated to any other customer.

Reserved seats or tables purchased online must be kept separate from tickets sold through offline methods, including paper tickets or manual sales, to prevent duplicate bookings or allocation conflicts.

The Event Organizer is solely responsible for ensuring that all online reservations are accurately recorded and honored at the event. Customers who purchase reserved seats or tables through the Platform are entitled to the specific reservation they selected, and the Event Organizer must ensure that those reservations remain secured until the event unless otherwise agreed by the customer.

EventsCitta provides the technology to manage reservations but is not responsible for errors, overselling, or seating conflicts caused by the Event Organizer's failure to properly manage reserved seating or offline ticket sales.
